The Encode Project: 10 years after the Human Genome Sequence

For the first time outside the United States, the International Center for Scientific Debate (ICSD) and the Center for Genomic Regulation (CRG) hosted top representatives from the ENCODE consortium, one of the most important projects of the National Human Genome Research Institute, which aims to identify all the functional elements of the human genome sequence.
