Fernando Fantova

Fernando Fantova, social consultant, has worked in the area of social services from the late 1970s to the present (initially with people with disabilities and later in community development). He is a social educator, with a degree in Psychology, a master's degree in Human Resources and a doctorate in Sociology. He has had experience in direct care, management of third sector organizations, independent consulting (especially in Spain and Latin America) and political responsibilities as Deputy Minister of Social Affairs of the Basque Government. He is the author of 10 books and 200 articles, chapters or papers related to social policies, most of which are available at fantova.net
